I had a great experience at The Jameson at the Bluffs thanks to Josephina. She was super friendly, very attentive, and full of positive energy, greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile. Josephina answered all of my questions and made the entire visit enjoyable. The property is very nice and beautifully located. I highly recommend this community and its amazing team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been here for about 3 months now and haven’t ran into a single issue that management couldn’t immediately fix. The new snack bar area is super fun and helpful! WE LOVE THE AMENITIES! We use the pool tables and golfing simulator almost everyday. We are also so excited for summer to use the pool and hammock area. By far best complex I have ever lived at. Neighbors are great and management is great. Very pet friendly as well! I thought being right next to the train tracks would bother me more but you honestly get used to them.

I’ve been here for 2 years and stay for staff. The staff here is the best and so caring. I talk with Josie a lot and see her around the property running around setting up events and I chat with her there. She has asked me a couple of times what I would like to see which is nice to see. Maintenance is always on top of it every work order is normally done same day or up to 72 hours depending on what it is. Overall you’re not going to see another complex have this kind of staff and they don’t go through staff like water.

I love the complex I’ve been here a while. At first it was tough cause I pay for a carport and people kept parking in it and I would report to staff and they would get them to move. It was a huge issue at first but since they started towing my spot has been left open when I come home from work so I get to use it without issue. Amenities are great and they have WiFi in the clubhouse so I can come in do some homework there instead of home. Staff is sweet they do listen to my concerns and I see improvement. Overall my time has turned into a positive.

I love living here. The amenities are nice and I enjoy being close to a lot of things to do. When I need something or grab a drink I see Josie who’s always sweet. She helped me with my tea a couple times and tells me the new stuff she added like the matcha which was great!
