It’s a great experience living here! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe, which was really important to me when choosing a place. The amenities are solid, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. What really makes this place stand out though is the staff, especially Noelle and Halie. They’ve both been incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming from day one. Whether it was answering questions, helping with paperwork, or just being friendly around the office, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. If you’re looking for an apartment with a comfortable environment, nice amenities, and supportive team, I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Noelle has been extremely helpful throughout my entire leasing process. Any challenges I faced were handled immediately, and she made everything smooth and stress-free. As for the apartment itself, I absolutely love the Mercantile District complex—even though I’ve only been living here for about two weeks, it already feels like home. My only concern would be safety around the gates. I’ve noticed multiple gates unlocked and doors being propped open, which could potentially become a safety issue. Overall though, it’s been a great experience so far, and I really appreciate Noelle’s professionalism and support.

We moved in a couple weeks ago, and so far we have had a Great experience with Mercantile River District Apartments, especially thanks to Noelle . She helped us with everything from choosing what was right for us to explaining the leasing process and accommodating to our needs. We were relocating from North Carolina to Texas, and Noelle made the entire process incredibly easy! Saved us from some stress. We applied without seeing the apartment in person, and she handled everything over the phone with patience, professionalism, and kindness. She was always helpful, responsive, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. Always Answering all and any of our questions or concerns. We appreciate how smooth she made this big transition for us. Highly recommend Mercantile River District and especially Noelle!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is definitely 100% not a great place to live in. I highly DO NOT recommend this apartment complex. I wish I could’ve moved out immediately. Upon arrival, the bath tub was uncleaned and pests were crawling out of there. After a couple of days, I noticed pests all over the place and then roaches started appearing. I emailed them about this issue since I never saw pest control although they do their monthly charging. Even the amenities were infested and unsanitary. Several times roaches or bugs would come out and crawl on my mat while working out. Within a couple weeks, the shower glass door literally fell on my sister while she was showering due to their lack of maintenance. She could’ve severely gotten injured but instead of offering help or giving her the slightest bit of compassion they accused her of breaking it, expected her to clean the mess, and pay up $800 immediately. Even the maintenance guy came in to just pick up the handle and mockingly told her to just pick it up with her hands. Aside from this whole incident, management is horrible. Amber (manager) always responded in a mean/ condescending manner and seemed more interested in charging fees than helping residents. Noelle was the kindest one to have shown understanding. However, communication between the office lacked and most of all lack of security was of the most concern. I saw many times at night cars being broken into and gates left opened for days. If you want a clean, friendly, and safe environment to live in this is not the place.

I’ve been a resident at the Mercantile River District for a couple of months now, I can honestly say I love it here. The amenities are unbelievable, killer gym, a lazy River, state of the art work center and my actual apartment is stunning. Everything always works here..they have a guaranteed response time on maintenance issues too. The staff is beyond professional but also just very nice people to work with. Anyone considering a move should drop in and check out this amazing place and take a peek!
