Parker House is the best place I have ever lived. It's been a number of years since I've lived there and if I didn't have to move for work, I would still be there. Misty was absolutely amazing in every way! This place was cleaned well and always felt safe for everyone!

I have been living in parker house since 2 years. I have changed apartments in the building itself . The entire team is efficient and quickly responses to any concerns . The location is amazing they do a lot of activities with food, drinks and gift to keep the residents happy. Especially brittany is a fantastic manager. She is very proffessional and approachable . When i moved my apartment she made the entire process easy and smooth .she is also a good listener .she deserves a promotion . Her assistant adeline is so sweet always smiling and informative. Very well spoken lady . I like her graceful nature. Lastly , manuel the engineer always fix things actively. I wish the team all the best.

Brittany is one of the most helpful and kind housing managers I’ve ever met, and she’s a big reason I chose to move in. Both Brittany and Adelina are incredible assets to the community—they consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents are cared for, even on a personal level. When I was new to Fort Worth, Brittany helped me find the perfect apartment and guided me through the entire process with ease. Beyond Parker House’s appealing amenities, beautiful apartments, and great location, the office team truly makes Parker House the ideal place to live.

Amazing community , staff friendly and helpful, truly recommend. Spacious unit. Location the best . Near places a lot to doing . I love my place .

I love Parker House! Walking into the leasing office was like showing up at a long lost friend’s house…my roommate and I felt welcome right away. Janette and Mo are awesome ladies running a tight ship. The only waiting we did during the leasing process was the time it took for them to make sure they turned the apartment over to us in great condition, which was a mission they accomplished. I’m convinced this is the best location for an apartment in Fort Worth. It’s right next to the big train station with direct access to DFW. Our views from the fifth floor are eye-popping. The other residents are cool so far, and the apartments themselves are high quality. Hands down the best apartment rental experience I’ve had.
