I had a wonderful experience at The Braden on Fifth thanks to Payton and Miranda. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy, greeted me with warm smiles. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel genuinely welcomed. The property itself is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of Fort Worth. I highly recommend this community and its amazing staff—Payton and Miranda truly made my visit memorable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have just lived in The Braden on Fifth for a few weeks now but it’s been a great experience so far. Miranda in the leasing office was extremely helpful in helping us get ready to move in as we are not from the US. I love the proximity to downtown and also to bars, restaurants shops on West 7th, not to mention the trinity trails! The metro bikes just outside the door are so handy too. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly and warm - both the humans and doggie friends. I hope we’ll continue to enjoy our time here.

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences working with Miranda Valdez in the office! She truly goes above and beyond, and she’s a big part of what keeps this community running so smoothly. My tour and leasing experience with her was enjoyable, easy, and completely stress-free. She’s the best at what she does, and it shows every step of the way!

The Braden is a terrible apartment to have guests over. Despite having a visitor lot, it is extremely small and always full. Your only other option for parking is at target which is like a 30 minute walk from the apartment. Even if you get a visitor parking spot, they tow your car so fast. Every day you have to reregister your car. I wasn’t able to reregister my car immediately one day, and within a couple of hours my car had already been towed. $350 gone. Also, you can only register two guests at a time so if you are the third guest to get there, guess what, even if there are empty visitor parking spots, you’re forced to park at target. Additionally if you want to have people visit and stay with you whether that be a bf/gf, family, or friends, they cannot stay longer than 3 days before, you guessed it, you’re forced to park at Target. This is not a luxury living experience. As a guest it’s frustrating and for someone who likes to host, it’s impossible without a pre-hangout cardio session walking all the way from target.

Good place to live quietly, pool is very nice.
The issue is that they are allowing the common areas to deteriorate (bad maintenance), which could lead to the consideration of seeking alternative nearby options with better entertainment facilities.
