I'm putting one star because I have to to leave this review. I am about to move out of this lousily managed crap-hole. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Save yourself the trouble. The apartment was filthy upon move in. The hallways are always dirty. The grounds are poorly maintained, and there are always homeless people around here and breaking into the pool during the summer. I even caught someone on my balcony (1st floor) late at night. Luckily my dog alerted me and I have a firearm for protection. Maintenance is lazy and complains about having to fix things. Then talks crap about you as they are leaving your apartment. Like they can't even wait until they close the door to your apartment before they start rambling. If you complain to management they do nothing. Parking is a sham around here for visitors and they only have 3 spots! I complained for months about it and only when I google searched for the corporate team emails and started copying them on my complaints did they do anything about it. Save yourself the headache and the stress. There are too many other nicer options around this neighborhood to choose from. I for one cannot wait to get out of here which is in the next 6 weeks Thank God. Also, they ILLEGALLY force you to pay them for insurance. I have already forwarded a complaint about that as well to the state. and they do have Air BnB's here. people constantly coming and going and making all kinds of racket in the hallways. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THIS LOUSY PLACE, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

My experience with this place began on a positive note, but it quickly deteriorated when we attempted to transfer from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment. Initially, we were assured that everything was in order for the three adults to move in seamlessly. However, the reality was starkly different. We were abruptly informed that our transition was impossible due to arbitrary “qualifying criteria” – an evident violation of fair housing regulations. It is unacceptable to be told we couldn’t occupy a two-bedroom with three adults. Ironically, this establishment advertises an Airbnb on their premises that claims to accommodate up to five people. Surely, adults count among that number. This contradiction is frustrating and highlights their inconsistent policies. To add insult to injury, we were then informed that we could rent two separate apartments instead! This is absurd. Had that been the case, we would never have requested a transfer in the first place. Now, we are forced to vacate our current unit because a two-bedroom is non-negotiable for us. The responsibility for this problem lies entirely with the management, yet they refuse to release us from our lease without penalties. This establishment is a joke and certainly not worth the exorbitant fees they charge. The grounds are poorly maintained, with dead flowers and filthy common areas; the hallways seem neglected and uncleaned. With less than 50 units in this building, it’s astonishingly mismanaged. Spare yourself the turmoil and seek residence elsewhere. This place consistently disregards its residents and levies charges for their blunders. Do not fall into the same trap!
