I’ve had a great experience living here! The apartment is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a perfect location. Brandon in the leasing office has been amazing—super friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. He made the whole move-in process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

770 is an amazing place to live for so many reasons. One- the units are nice, newer, and have great amenities (gorgeous pool area + decent gym). Two- the location is convenient. I walk to the nearby stores for quick grocery runs or down the street to downtown Fullerton for a coffee. Three- the staff (from cleaning to leasing to maintenance) are so great. Especially Teaira and Brandon in leasing. They’re very responsive and always so helpful, especially if something pops up. It’s such a relief to have them as trusted support/managers of the property and I’m very grateful for them. I would definitely recommend moving here!

Living at 770 has been nothing but amazing so far. I absolutely love my open concept floor plan and my visitors always comment on the abundance of natural light and large living room window in my apartment. The assistant manager Brandon and manager Teaira has made the process super smooth and the maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. They are super quick to respond for anything needed. Everyone here is really kind and you can tell people take pride in the community cleanliness and more.

The property is secure, clean, and very well-maintained. Brandon and Teaira are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. The maintenance team is also fantastic—they keep everything in excellent condition and are always prompt. Highly recommend this community!

I recently had to move from 770 but wow I already miss so many things about the community. I loved the way the bbq grills are setup, and always open anytime I wanted to have family and friends over. The pet park was perfect and easy. The nearby taco trucks, downtown and just everything surrounding the area made it really hard to leave. Brandon, Teaira and the full maintenance staff are always on top of everything. Great place to call home.
