Portico

I was scheduled for a tour at 2pm but no one showed up. Their office was closed. I called over 10 times and waited 30minutes. Pretty unprofessional i would say

I've been living at Portico for about 2 months now and I'm enjoying it. Although maintenance takes a while to come and check out issues in the apartment, they do a wonderful job being thorough. Shout out to Francisco for being flexible and friendly! He had originally came to fix an issue for our sink, but I asked if he can check out an issue happening in the bathtub. He finished the job in less than 10 minutes! Awesome guy
