NEVER LIVE HERE. Especially when you have moped. Your moped battery will highly likely get stolen. My moped and some other people's who parked in garage, the battery got stolen 2 times since March 2026. One time in march and the other in April this year. AND THE OFFICE WILL DO NOTHING. I have asked several times and everytime i go there they say different stuff basically lying that they are working on it or that there's nothing they can do about it (8/10 they will say this) Also the pool has been broken ever since October 2025, and as of now May 2026, it is still broken. No update on things of course. Also the building security is BAD. There has been twice this last semester that a homeless person was sleeping in the HALLWAY. You cannot break the lease even though all these happened, so do not sign the lease here.

My Son is a 31 year old fourth year PhD student and has lived at Varsity House for four years. This past year he was “matched with an 18 year old, irresponsible freshman. The complex advertising says they CAREFULLY match roommates which is a lie! My Son is moving out this August and he will never recommend this complex to anyone
