Bella Terra Apartments

COCKROACH WARNING!!!’ Imagine living here peacefully for a year and then you get nasty neighbors you and fellow tenants have complained on and all of a sudden your apartment is infested with roaches!!! And the managers doing nothing about it!!! When you refuse their maintenance men to come and spray a solution I could pick up from Home Depot myself for the 3rd time in a week… they get feisty. The problem is huge. I had to throw away my microwave because there was roaches in the door holes. Imagine requesting a real exterminator like orkin and they put a 30 day notice on your door 😂. DO NOT RENT HERE I know it’s hard out there… but the anxiety of roaches in your food and crawling on your kids is far worse than a few extra dollars on rent!!!
