Signed here when it was University Square, then changed management to Campus Edge and things only went downhill. Management is inconsiderate with no shred of integrity or humility. They’ll throw fees on top of fees just because they can and act like it is the tenant’s fault.

I had a very disappointing experience with Campus Edge IUP due to a complete lack of organization and resident support. There is no clear policy, guidance, or emergency process for lockout situations, nothing in the lease, website, or FAQs explaining what residents are supposed to do. It is also nearly impossible to get in touch with the leasing office when an urgent issue comes up. When I was locked out, I had no idea whether I was even allowed to contact a private locksmith without facing extra charges or violating my lease, because no resources or instructions exist. Management ultimately made it clear that lockouts are “not something they handle,” leaving me with no help, no direction, and no accountability. This is especially frustrating considering they have no issue unlocking doors and entering units for inspections or other reasons, clearly, they do have keys and the ability to access apartments. A student apartment complex should have basic systems in place to support residents, especially for situations as common as lockouts. Campus Edge seriously needs to improve their management practices, communication, and resident resources.
