Stadium Lofts

Living at Stadium Lofts was such a great experience. They have the best management and maintenance team I have ever experienced. If I weren't relocating to be closer to work, I would no doubt, resign my lease. I love that the leasing office works so hard to make the apartments and flats truly feel like a community. The events and activities they had for residents were so fun to participate in. All of the staff is friendly and I never had any issues finding answers to any questions I had. They are great with communication. Maintenance was always timely and worked to fix any issues we had (which were very minimal). There has rarely been a day I have not seen maintenance on site keeping things nice around the building and making sure things are working properly. Stadium Lofts is one of the most affordable, quality apartments available around downtown Indianapolis. The area is gated and there are door codes so I always felt safe. I would highly recommend living here!

I lived at Stadium Lofts from 2025–2026 under Core Development management, and honestly it was one of the best places I could have lived near downtown Indy. The location is perfect for students. As a Purdue Indy student, I could easily bike to class or walk a block to catch the JagLine, which made getting to campus super convenient and therefore I did not need to buy a school parking pass. My 530 sq. ft. apartment felt like the perfect amount of space for me and my partner. One of my favorite things about living here was how safe I always felt. I was comfortable walking to school, going on runs in the neighborhood, and never worried about my car in the gated parking lot. I also never had issues with package theft, whether my packages were in the secure package room or left near the mailboxes. I loved being close to The AMP, the golf course, and the local trails, which it made the area really enjoyable to live in. Management was AMAZING and always made residents feel included by hosting fun events and providing snacks. Big shoutout to Destiny & Lindsey! The maintenance team was also great & they kept the property clean and usually completed requests within two days. I’m sad to leave after graduating, and if I weren’t moving for work, I would absolutely stay here again! Lastly, I’ve seen some complaints about the parking layout being a little confusing, parking filling up at night and requiring a short walk, or occasional loud music here and there...but in my opinion, those are very minor issues. If those are the biggest complaints, that says a lot about how solid this place is overall. None of those things ever significantly impacted my experience living here.
