Absolutely not worth the price at all. The building shakes violently more than 5 times a day causing things to break and fall like an earthquake. This has been constantly annoying during my entire year here. It seems like corners were cut with just about everything. Electricity is messed up in bedrooms, furniture is cheap quality, and even though everything was 100% new at move in, just about everything has broken. So has the garage door, which has led to break-ins and now it does not seem safe to even go to your car at night alone. This place went up too fast and now the cut corners are catching up to the residents who pay too much money for such awful quality.
