Hub on Campus West Lafayette - State Street

There’s a bird in my ventilation and walls right now. I wouldn’t be posting this review if this was the first time but this is maybe the third or fourth time. It’s super annoying and disturbs my sleep. Last time maintenance said they just couldn’t figure out how it got in. So it happened again. Also if you want to reach out to someone online about charges or other problems you usually have to talk to or text their AI first, several times, before getting in touch with a real person. Either have a real person interacting with tenants or don’t interact at all. I’ve called several times but they always put me through to an AI. Even when I ask to speak to a real person for emergency maintenance it’s still an AI that I’m talking to. I shouldn’t have to wait two hours until the office opens just so I can have a real person acknowledge THE BIRD IN MY VENTILATION. This isn’t even at a weird time btw I should be able to reach ONE real person at 10 am on a Saturday. Paying $1400 a month should ensure that animals don’t get stuck in your walls.
