how these rankings workupdated monthly

These badges come straight from verified reviews on Find My Place, left only by people who’ve actually lived here. Each month we score every place in the market, and the highest-rated earn a spot. Rankings shift as new reviews come in, and we never take payment to move a property up.

Morgan was absolutely incredible throughout our Knoxville apartment search, helping us ultimately secure a place at The Davy! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and happily answered our endless questions over several days. Both The Davy residents and management are fortunate to have Morgan on the team! Thanks Morgan for being awesome!
