I honestly would not recommend living here. From the day we moved in, maintenance has been a constant issue. Our laundry door was broken at move-in, we were told it was fixed, and months later the exact same door broke again — clearly it was never repaired properly.
Multiple maintenance requests have been marked “resolved” when nothing was done. Kitchen drywall was never painted despite repeated calls, and even basic things like drawer screws keep falling out shortly after being screwed back in. Everything just feels like poor-quality, temporary fixes.
The building itself isn’t kept up well — it smells, the hallways are dirty, and there’s often trash around. Maintenance has also left lights on and doors unlocked after leaving apartments, which is careless and concerning.
There’s a serious lack of accountability and honest communication, and because of that you should not live here! It's unfortunate because the location is nice and there is accessible parking.
