Maintenance worker David gets five stars for friendliness. He had some time while paint dried and helped me with other broken things around my apartment. I enjoyed his happy spirit.

I did a short-term 6 month lease and LOVED this complex, best i've lived in since moving to Utah. Others in the area were asking for an additional $200+/month for a short-term, this was the only complex I found to be reasonable for my situation. Office staff have always been

so friendly, and the property is kept nice and clean. The units are nicely renovated and have a TON of storage. The balconies are large & I had the best view from my unit. Only pitfall is I wish I moved on to the 3rd (top) story, because the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors footsteps. Was not the end of the world for me, as it seemed my neighbors and I had opposite work schedules so it was tolerable. There is a wonderful large grass area and enclosed area to let your dog run around - this was a big selling point for me & my pup. I've had awful experiences with other complexes in the past, moving here was a breath of fresh air & I don't regret it one bit!

I can not say enough about the incredible manager Amy. She is always so sweet and nice, always willing to help with just about everything and always greets everyone with a genuinely warm smile. I would highly recommend.... :)

Nice apartments! Clean and very spacious. Tall ceilings, big bathrooms, plenty of storage areas throughout the unit, the kitchen is pretty modern and the washer/dryer has its own room, which is very nice. The area is also great! It’s seems to be pretty calm and quiet, also has great views

of the mountains. Sometimes wildlife makes it way to the hill near the apartments, I got to watch a deer and her fawn one morning on the porch while having coffee. Its a great area since you aren’t too far from outdoor/hiking areas, but Walmart is also within walking distance. Communication with the apartment has always been great! Amy in the office is so personable and helpful. She makes you feel like a good friend that you’ve known forever and we always enjoy speaking with her. After touring with her we felt confident about moving here. Can’t express how much we appreciate her after a year of living here and going through a rough patch with rent. She was able to help reduce our stress and offer advice, best community manager ever!

rented here as a student going to school for Weber state university. Clearly took advantage of us as a younger audience and “accidentally” signed for a 12 month lease when we clearly shook and talked about a 9 months lease. They ended up doing nothing to help and had to

pay the fee of leaving early. Also literally every fee imaginable, like pest control and camera fees??? Like there are no cameras and have bug issues and animals at night. Where’s the pest control I'm paying for? So many hidden fees. Had a leak in our washer and took them forever to fix, and by the time we moved out we still didn’t get it fixed. Don’t recommend this place at all. Unless you wanna hear the jets waking you up every morning and shaking your floors don’t move here.
