  While I don’t live here, I was a potential renter. I was excited to tour the unit and booked a week prior for a walk through. Arriving 10 minutes early, we walked the space looking for the leasing office but found there was not one. Calling the agency as there was no instructions in the confirmation email, the agent over the line actually had no idea we had even booked a tour. The agent while not inherently rude was a tad condescending, continuing to ask me if I booked the tour under the correct site and continuing to question my confirmation emails. After confirming with her she put me on hold for about 5 minutes just to tell me the unit was no longer available despite us being interested in a separate unit that they had listed for February. I wish they would have been more organized and informed us before we drove out to see the unit. Super disappointed in the way she handled things with us possibly being future tenants.
