Love it at 800! The elevator’s are pretty awful and they’re picky about hot tub usage. But the location is great. Very convenient

Lived here Last year and had the worst experience of my life. Got stuck with a terrible racist room mate who didn’t believe in cleaning anything himself at all, not to mention being disrespectful and mad if you came back to your own room later at night or closed the apartment door loudly (as per his understanding of loud) during the day even. He also would take pictures of me working out and make fun of them. Upon talking to management including sending a long email no action was taken. In face when I moved out they charged a cleaning fee despite me cleaning all his mess too. The rules that cleaning fee at end of semester is charged to the person leaving alone does not make sense and should be divided between all the people living in that apartment for that time. Furthermore, to change a room they charge extra 80% of the rent so u r almost payment an extra month of rent to change your room to a different empty room despite having such a roommate. Overall it seemed like much of a sanctuary of racist, disrespectful person and I’m glad to be out of there.
