I’ve lived here at Aspen Courts for 2 years and I am just in love with it!! Very friendly neighbors it’s great for families!!! I would definitely have to say that one of the biggest perks from living here is the manager: Connie Hamilton. She is always available very quick

to get back with you and help get your stuff resolved!!! Since the beginning she has won a very special place in my heart especially since she made our move in so nice and smoothly for us!!! She is always there with a friendly smile!!!

Feeling very blessed to live in Aspen court. I have so much more here than I have ever had any place else. Its nice to live comfortably with all the amenities and not be charged an arm and a leg for rent. We have central air in every apartment, washer

dryer hookups, onsite laundry facility, club house, beautiful views of the mountains, basketball court and a playground. I feel very spoiled actually. The owners of Aspen Court were very thoughtful and generous in the designing of this living structure. My friends house in Richmond recently caught fire. I am so glad Aspen Court has a sprinkler system in every room of each apartment. Property management is Awesome! I feel very safe living here. Connie Hamilton has bent over backwards to ensure we have a safe community of renters. She has the biggest heart and really cares about people. I like that Connie works hard to keep things clean and orderly around here.

I just barely moved in here! I have loved it! It took forever being on the waiting list. But once I got in I was super happy! Not bad apartments at all. I was impressed to find a microwave and dishwasher too. And Connie in the office is really fun

and nice!

These apartments are not low income at all. Connie the landlord is discriminating and treats people she dont like really horrible. I would not move here ever!!!!!Connie is the manager here and she is the worst. She don't care about her residents here. If you ever need any maintenance done

in your apartment she won't get it fixed. She hires new maintenance men once a month and none of them know what they are doing so therefore nothing gets fixed. Connie will make your life horrible here! The playground for your children to play at is a dirty trashy area for kids to play at. The parking here is horrible as well, she don't care if you have a spot. She will ignore her residents and won't respond to them and act like she never got a message from you. Connie will have her family come on here and write a good review for show. She I'll also ask some residents to write one as well so she won't look bad. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!

The waiting list can be long to get in here! But what do you expect for some place that is for lower income individuals/families. It's the nature of this type of housing in the valley. It is sad that before being a tenant it was very difficult getting ahold of the

manager. And it doesn't change when you live here. Also, when I moved in the apartment wasn't cleaned at all from the previous tenant. A "few" things were fixed (aka semi decent patch job on walls and doors). I've requested some of the flooring be replaced because of the poor condition, but nothing has happened for over a year. The microwave went out when the manager and onsite maintenance guy were gone for two weeks for Christmas and New Years. Then it still took a month for them to get the new one in. The playground has zero shade and gets very hot in the summer and my kids don't want to play on it. It's not in the greatest condition either. But one thing this place has is plenty of uncovered parking. No problem finding a spot to let your vehicle bake in the summer and ice over in the winter. Management has a hard time enforcing only one vehicle per apartment in covered parking. So just remember you get what you pay for if you're looking at living here. * Recently two covered stalls per building was converted to handicap. It's ridiculous because there was already one on each at the end where they had room and didn't take up an extra space! * **Newest update - more issues have come up since management read my review. She says she doesn't hold anything against me personally, but as more issues have arisen I've gotten little to no response at all!**
