Overall, my experience has been great so far. Parking’s a bit tight, but that’s pretty standard for college housing. It’s private living, usually four to an apartment. You get what you pay for, and management has been solid with repairs—definitely an upgrade from my last place. The washers and dryers work well, are well maintained, and are way more affordable than the laundromats down the street. Just make sure to bring your own change since they’re coin-operated.
