Nice place, good rent, though they have a parking enforcement company patrol the lots to boot anyone who has an expired registration, even if it is a day over. Not sure how forcing people to pay a 75$ boot removal fee helps in any way when it comes to paying for a new registration.
Update: Was booted again due to the website for parking passes not existing anymore, which from my understanding is unlawful.
