Actually horrible. Genuinely never live here. At one point, they just towed my car without telling me (even though I paid to park in that lot). I legit just walked out, and my car was gone. I had to track down one of the managers and ask her where my car was, and then find it and pay $400 to get it back. Safe to say they probably have a lawsuit coming their way. That problem was just the icing on the cake to a plethora of others, including my roommate not having the right bed for months. Have never not recommended something more in my life than I do not recommend living here.

Comfortable, office holds lots of social events that come with food + opportunities for fun prizes, bus stop right in front of the building, the amenities are great! There's a 2 decker hot tub, 24 hr gym thats 2 floors! I have amazing roommates who are friendly, clean and its overall been great!

I love living at the Factory. Clean modern spaces make it easy to live with roommates. Great public spaces and community.

I had a blast living at the factory. The pit is a great place to chill, relax and hang out with friends. I only had one small problem which was the parking. I’d you don’t get a parking pass, you have to rely on hopefully getting a spot on the street.

They host fun events every now and then, they have a drawing when its time to renew your lease. I didnt do it because I needed to move out but there were some really good prizes. they also have some movie nights too.

I have absolutely loved living here. The community is so great and the maintenance is so quick to take care of anything and everything. There’s always fun activities happening and I love all of the amenities. The office staff is super helpful and always willing to work with you and answer questions. Overall, such a great place to live. I’ve really loved it.

Okay here’s the deal I need everyone considering moving here to read this review. So to be completely honest this place needs to shut down because the way they took advantage of students is actually insane. Now I will give credit where credit is due. The new management seems to really be trying to turn this place around, however they have been more focused on improving things for future rather than helping the current residents. And honestly the management had acted like we the residents are being unreasonable when we don’t want random painters coming into our rooms at 8:00 in the morning. Especially imagine that when I work overnights so I am usually asleep around that time. Barging into our apartments without notice and moving our belongings without permission. And then will threaten fees if you don’t “cooperate” and then will cite the lease as a way to make you submit. The fee is 250$ by the way. So we residents have to move all our stuff around and out of our apartments and rooms in order to move it all back in again in a day when most of us move in a month anyways. Ridiculous. Construction constantly in the hallways and also creating an all around environment that is not practical to live in and honestly has had my mental health on a serious decline because of how frustrating this is. I do believe this place will be better for future residents but I can only speak for my own experience which has been nothing short of terrible. I’m so sad that I did not enjoy my time here. And I will say the new management has been so good with working with me when I lost my job and couldn’t pay rent on time. But otherwise it just wasn’t worth it. I wish I could recommend this place but I can’t. Thanks

I personally did not have a great experience living here. I am a graduate student and was housed with all freshman that partied every night. There is no sound proofing in the units so I was woken up every single night unless I had headphones on. There were also groups of people that would yell and race down the hallways on Friday nights, sometimes until past 4 in the morning. Otherwise, management was pretty poor from what I experienced, and maintenance would let themselves in as they pleased. I really enjoyed having a fitness center on the property though, but they never restocked cleaning supplies, even when asked.
