3025 Mansion

I am so glad that my son is enjoying his apartment at the Mansion. He is truly having a great experience is in his Junior year. My wife and I are very impressed by management and security at the building and I feel at ease to have my daughter there hopefully next year.

Im giving this 2 stars for a reason. I want to start off by saying that when I moved into Mansion 6 years ago, I was a student at USC (now I’m alumni). I was SO excited to move in, but once the ink dried I quickly realized that this place was far from what I thought or had imagined. After a public review, that was posted by a family member yesterday about some of the things going on in the building, I wasn’t even going to say anything, but I feel that I’m forced to because of the email that was sent this evening by management. In the email sent by the management team my family and I were gaslit and lied to about things we’ve posted and have experienced. All of this was after we spoke up about what’s actually been going on here. Our concerns have NEVER been taken seriously, and now we’re being made a joke. I’m disgusted by what’s happening, everything that was posted yesterday by my family member is true and factual and it’s all been this year. We have more from the previous years as well. Current employees have confided in us as well about a lot of things going on. It’s sad! I thought it would be different like I said but we’ve received nothing but horrible treatment this entire time. We’ve had to basically grin and bare it!! I’ve been here for 6 years as I’ve stated and I can tell you that this has been very stressful for us. There’s no point in meeting with them directly. They don’t know how to communicate with their tenants effectively! We are truly at a loss.
