Utilities: (2/5) When I first moved in this was not a problem because I was billed for my own utility usage, but since changing to a RUBS(ratio utility billing system) where utility usage is split (entire building/#occupants) I’ve had to pay around $300 extra a month in utilities. This is my main issue as it increases the cost to live here significantly. Staff:(5/5) The front desk staff are typically friendly and help me with any questions I have. The custodial staff do a great job taking care of the building and making sure the lobby is presentable. Unit:(3.8/5) The unit comes stocked with microwave, dishwasher, and washer drier machine. The washer and drier is combined into one machine which makes the laundry take upwards of 3-4 hours to complete, but having in-unit is great otherwise. When I initially moved in the unit was clean, with minor scuffed floors and cabinets. The water pressure is also pretty good. The walls are thin. I can almost hear the conversations that my neighbors upstairs are having and any time I made any noise past quiet hours, my downstairs neighbor would bang on their ceiling. Cleaniness:(4/5) The building is cleaned on a consistent basis and any messes around the hallways are typically taken care of within a couple of days. Amenties:(3/5) The pool table is damaged and the cues are in terrible condition. Otherwise the clubroom has ample seating and is a good place to get some work done. The rooftop area seems to be minimally maintained with a lack of seating for hosting guests. Theres also a lack of furniture at pool area, specifically limited deck chairs. However, I have noticed that the pool and jacuzzi has been clean every time that I have used it. The gym has all the necessary equipment to get a decent workout in and the dumbbells go up to 50lb. There are three treadmills, and I haven’t had any issues with congestion at the gym so far.
