Since living here, I have had a great time living with my friends. The events that are offered to residents are a fun way to get to know the others, as well as spending time with my suitemates. Management has also been great responding to any issues we have had. Overall, great experience so far!

The staff are very nice and helpful! But that’s pretty much the only nice thing I can say. This place is just not worth the money. It’s very cheaply built. The rooms are tiny and there is no storage - my roommate and I had to loft our beds so we had room to fit all of our stuff, and even then we had almost no breathing room. The walls are very thin, and noise echoes in the stairwell. The kitchen is very hard to move around in and the dishwasher and sink are terrible. You get water everywhere when you wash dishes because the sink is so shallow. The smoke alarm went off almost every time we cooked, even when there was no visible smoke. The building fire alarm also malfunctioned multiple times and went off repeatedly. We had to call the fire department three separate times because of a gas leak that we could smell and put work orders in for it each time, and only on the third time did someone actually repair the leak. The elevator was always broken. The layout of the whole apartment is just bad in general. Also, the apartment was not clean when we moved in. The floors were so dirty that when we mopped the swiffer pad came out black.
