Exceptional Student Housing Experience! I had an amazing experience at Galaxy Student Housing. The facilities are top-notch, with spacious and modern rooms that are thoughtfully designed for student life. The common areas are clean, well-maintained, and provide a great space for studying or socializing. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and any issues are quickly resolved. The location is perfect—close to campus, public transportation, and plenty of dining and shopping options.

Take note of how the most recent reviews lately have all been negative. If I could turn back time to a year ago, I would’ve never signed a lease here. I stayed at W 39th Pl and my room was given to me filthy (despite a $200 cleaning fee that’s deducted from your deposit after your lease is over) and whoever “cleaned” it definitely doesn’t know the meaning of clean. There were flies and bugs constantly in the kitchen which made you not want to eat there and just eat in your room. Good luck with any requests you have because it’ll take them forever to attend to them. We had a broken door lock for weeks and when someone finally came to fix it, they installed it incorrectly which took even longer to fix. Any concerns my housemates had regarding the living situation was met with rude and disrespectful treatment from the landlord and her administrators. Overall horrible management and landlord, also took more than 21 days to get my security deposit back. Absolutely frustrating experience. I kept quiet the whole year about this, but now that my lease is over I’ll gladly speak on what a horrible business this is. Do yourself a favor, look for off-campus housing elsewhere. Galaxy Student Housing is a poor excuse for a housing company.
