Jefferson Flats has a great welcoming atmosphere and sense of community within the residence. Perfect location for USC students. Very efficient and helpful staff members, with Managers Dominique and Shelby being especially understanding, helpful, and efficient in addressing concerns. The convenience of having facilities like laundry rooms, study lounges, and recreational areas within the residence is also a huge plus.

I lived here during their first year of opening and my experience was excellent. The rooms and amenities are great and well-designed. Everyone in Jefferson Flats is incredibly welcoming and responsive. Kenna and Nya have always been super helpful and kind!

The staff here are delightful. They gave a great tour of the place and seem to really care about their residents and taking care of the building. There are some great amenities here - gym, courtyards, rooftop decks, coffee bar and hangout spaces. This would be a great place to live if I were still a student!

The living experience has been very good so far. Lots of great amenities like a gym and study/lounge spaces. The staff is very helpful, especially Ixtli who is super friendly and great at fixing problems. She makes the whole building feel more welcoming.
