V Good Infrastructure and Ambience

Lived here for a year, worst apartment I've ever lived in by a long shot. Total rip off, way above market rent for LA when adding up all four tenants in the 2 bedroom units. Fire Alarm goes off constantly. Apartments are in terrible condition and staff is almost never helpful.
