Lived here for a year, worst apartment I've ever lived in by a long shot. Total rip off, way above market rent for LA when adding up all four tenants in the 2 bedroom units. Fire Alarm goes off constantly. Apartments are in terrible condition and staff is almost never helpful.

It is very well kept. Access is very well proportioned. Parking is not a problem. The people who I happened to meet were very kind and helpful. It is senior living only. It is close to all types of establishments. It meets the requirements for being Wheelchair assessable ♿.

Amazing facilities in student housing. Furnished apartments and rent includes internet, utilities, gas. Study room, games room, gym, fun activities all inclusive. Surprisingly economical!!

I've had a wonderful experience with USC housing this year ... Very prompt with everything ... They are flexible in terms of student needs ... The apartment places that they give for the money they take are really nice
