I’ve really enjoyed living at Western Station. The building is always clean and well maintained, and the amenities are thoughtfully designed and actually enjoyable to use. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, which makes a big difference day to day. Overall, it feels like a well-run community where residents are genuinely cared for, and I’m happy to call it home.

It is a pleasure living here. The state of the art gym, beautiful amenities, great maintenance, floor plans, security, and most of all the Manager, Sara, is always available and easy to talk to. She is available at any time and attentive to your needs. Maintenance is quick and easy to request. Security is great. The only negative I would say there is no visitor parking and the streets are always packed. They are also very good for informing you of issues happening and as big as it is, the people make you feel like it is a smaller community and know who you are. Thank you!

Hello! Western Station Apartments has been so far the only good apartment I ever decided to live in ever since moving to the US. This is the 3rd apartment I’ve rented so far and by comparison, the overall experience was great, from the time we had to move, and just the apartment in general. The management was indeed on hand with getting us settled in the property. It’s not perfect, and definitely there are issues sometimes but they did immediately work on the issues that I have seen so far (elevator issues, leaking issues, A/C issues, parking gate issues). All issues was dealt with immediately and accordingly. They provide security 24/7 and the location of the building is very convenient. There are lots of good places to eat, and a pharmacy nearby as well. It is also close to different grocery stores (like H-Mart, Zion Market, and Ralphs) and event venues (like The Wiltern). The building itself and the amenities are very nice, and our apartment was brand new when we started. All appliances were in great condition. But I do love the immediate responses and action from the management, because it’s actually surprisingly hard to find a good management after renting in the US for 2 years. Thank you and keep up the good work and I hope it will remain like this consistently.

We have had a consistently positive experience living in this building and recently chose to renew our lease. Management is professional, responsive, and well organized, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The amenities are well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The gym is clean and adequately equipped, the pool area is comfortable and well cared for, and the common areas are kept in excellent condition. The apartments themselves offer good sound insulation, which contributes to a quiet and comfortable living environment. The location is another strong advantage. The neighborhood offers a wide selection of Korean grocery stores and restaurants, providing convenient access to quality food options and adding to the overall appeal of the area. Overall, this is a well-managed property in a desirable location, and we are satisfied with our decision to continue living here.

I genuinely enjoy living in this apartment—everything is new and well-maintained, and management has been very responsive to all requests (special shoutout to Sarah, the property manager; she's truly amazing and super helpful). The building also has 24/7 security, which adds a great sense of comfort and safety. The only challenge is guest parking; it would be nice if there were a designated area for guest parking :)
