Summer Grove Townhomes

My fiancé and I have lived here for a year now in a 2 bed 2 bath, and we just moved to a 2 bed and 2.5 bath. Nothing but good things to say about it despite the +5 year old reviews. Both places we’ve lived were updated and well kept. Laci is wonderful and the front desk people are always helpful. Maintenance requests are received and completed quickly and throughly. They were very accommodating with getting us exactly what we wanted in a condo! The gym and pool facilities are also great and convenient. They are also very accommodating with animals. Highly recommend!

If you enjoy hearing Thrive Academy band practice every night from 7-8, this is the place for you. Make sure you get the room with the big window so that your walls can shake too
