The worst university housing experience. I cannot sleep most of the days till 2am, soometimes 4-5am because of the loud music noise in the neighborhood. If you live on the left sife of the building, it is worse. Drunk/noisy teenagers of Oasis apartment ruin your life. Many complaints but nothing changed. I guess this is their USC culture. Choosing this neighborhood for grad housing is a genius idea. Congrats USC!
