how these rankings workupdated monthly
These badges come straight from verified reviews on Find My Place, left only by people who’ve actually lived here. Each month we score every place in the market, and the highest-rated earn a spot. Rankings shift as new reviews come in, and we never take payment to move a property up.

I’ve been living at 8 East for over a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I’m in a 2 bed, 2.5 bath and the space is just gorgeous, with floor to ceiling windows, an immensely spacious living area, upgraded state of the art appliances, and a beautiful terrace I am just overwhelmed each time I walk into my unit. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful residence, this is the place. Not to mention the concierge and building staff are the nicest humans, always smiling and happy to help with whatever you need. I’ve made amazing friendships with many individuals living in this community and am happy to continue my stay here. (Also, the pool and amenities space on the 24th floor will transport you to an oasis of serenity and beauty, hidden sky high as an escape to the hustle of Chicago below. 10/10 Matthew LaPierre
