Palisade Apartments

This is a horrible apartment building to live in. The front desk people are terrible and useless; we haven't gotten anything solved by them. Constant maintenance issues, ex The elevator hasn't been working in over 1 month. Our ceiling is breaking as well. DO NOT SIGN HERE.

Staff: The front desk is two-faced and useless the moment you actually need something. Hannah specifically made every issue worse and never resolved anything. Maintenance was the one exception — always kind, sometimes actually helpful. Worth noting: Staff earn commission when residents mention them by name in 5-star reviews — and they will ask for them. Take any glowing review naming Hannah with a grain of salt. Unit Quality 1. Zero insulation — windows were freezing from the inside out 2. Multiple days with no running water 3. Half the elevators broken for over a month, with wait times up to 5 minutes Amenities 1. Laundry runs about $10 a load — small washers and dryers that need 2-3 cycles 2. Pool is almost never open despite being heavily advertised 3. Grill is locked whenever the pool is closed if you manage to get the grill unlocked, the gas will be shut off — they won't tell you, you'll just waste your time finding out Price --> Highest rent on campus.
