Staff has gone above and beyond with communication, Sarah has been very helpful and prompt with answering any questions. Maintenance staff has been great so far as well!

My apartment flooded due to a pipe burst above because I had no heat for a week during the coldest week of the year. I was forced to freeze even after telling management. Staff wasn’t willing to help. Took them weeks to redo my apartment and they moved at their own pace. They wouldn’t move me to another unit and forced me to pay for housing during the time. Terrible management. Would rate it 0 stars if I could.
