While the location is convenient, the layouts are spacious, and the maintenance team is great, the hidden fees, poor communication, and persistent plumbing issues made living here a highly frustrating experience. When I first got the keys, the apartment was disgusting and covered in dirt, dust, and spiders, forcing me to spend hours cleaning it before I could even bring my anything inside. I was never given a move-in inventory checklist. Despite leaving the apartment in much better condition, immensely better than how I found it, management hit me with a $400 move-out charge. The only flaw was minor unpainted spots where I patched holes from wall decor, and management had previously assured me I wouldn't need to repaint. While the maintenance staff is fast and amazing, they couldn't overcome the building's severe, constant plumbing issues. During my lease, the toilet randomly bubbled and made a complete mess of the bathroom, the laundry machine flooded with dirty water multiple times, and a strange, dirty liquid even came up out of the shower. Management is pleasant on the surface, but they excel at dodging questions and providing the vaguest answers possible. I went through a nightmare process trying to transfer from a 3-bedroom individual lease to a 1-bedroom unit. Halfway through the transfer, they surprised us with hefty administrative fees and conveniently left out crucial details that we had to constantly fish for. management will take every penny they can from you. Look elsewhere.
