Grant is a fantastic landlord who structures and organizes all types of procedures clearly and without confusion. He has an answer for any type of question, either through the company’s informative and helpful website or directly from himself. He communicates well and cares about his tenants' stay at these apartments. The prices are good, with A/C and heating included. The units are spacious, peaceful, and quiet, and the location is conveniently close to Marquette University’s campus. I highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a place!

Horrendous. The maintenance man never ONCE responded to a single text or call. I repeatedly had issues with someone else parking in the spot that I paid for monthly in the parking garage. We had MICE. I have never been so glad to move out of a place. Also I had a package stolen from the mail area. Don’t move here!!!
