I've lived here for a year and have enjoyed it. Internet actually works 90% of the time and the staff is nice. You get what you pay for, you can make it work!

I’ve lived here for a little under a year now, and overall my experience has been really great. The staff is super friendly and you can tell they’ve been putting in a lot of effort to improve the property compared to the previous management, which I believe a lot of the old reviews are from. They’ve completely redone the clubhouse and front office, and it looks amazing. Maintenance requests are easy to submit and they’re usually really quick to take care of any issues. I also had a problem with a previous roommate, and the team was very helpful and worked with me to get transferred to a new unit pretty quickly, which made a big difference. I’m much happier in my current living situation. The property itself has also been kept a lot cleaner. There’s regular trash pickup which used to be a concern. Someone is consistently cleaning the hallways as well which I love because it keeps things looking nice. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it.
