Grandmarc Seven Corners

Car has been robbed twice in the gated parking garage and both grandmarc and the police won't do anything about it, even at the least putting cameras downstairs. Don't move here if you want yourself or your kids to feel safe.

Grand Marcs at Seven Corners is a great place to live. Especially if you're considering attending on of the universities, but you don't have to be a student to live here. Disclaimer: I am not being compensated in anyway for this review nor was I asked by anyone employed by Grand Marcs. This is my honest opinion based on my experience living here. Overall: It really is a great place to stay. The location is convinent, the staff is amazing, and its a just outside the heartbeat of downtown Minneapolis. All of the staff are always very friendly, professional, and available to answer questions and address concerns. I have seen them come into work early, come back after leaving for the day, and return to the office really late at night to assist residents. Move-In Initially, I was concerned about the move-in process because I was applying to move here from out of state (across the country). The entire process was very smooth and efficient. They quickly answered all of my questions and within a day or two of applying I had a copy of my leasing agreement before even traveling up here. When I arrived all of the keys and move-in information was already prepared and waiting for me. On top of that they have welcome swag bags waiting for you in your apartment with snacks, coupons to local restaurants, and other neat gadgets. The Facilities: -It's always very clean inside and outside of the building -There are nicely designed study rooms on each floor and a computer lab and hang out area on the 1st floor - The photos of the gym does not do it justice. It has all the equipment of a big name gym like planet fitness plus a quiet room. Location: -It is conveniently located right outside of downtown. You can walk and be there in minutes (I have done it several times) -There are several restaurants, bars, theaters, and other entertainment place right here in the area. -The Seven Corners Coffee Shop and Chipotle are actually attached to the building. -There are bus stops right outside the door of the building. The light rail station is just a 2 quick minute walk Universities: The University of Minnesota is literally across the street. Augsburg University is about a 5 minute walk North Central University is a 15 to 20 minute walk, a 7 minute bike ride, or you can catch a bus or light rail train.
