Are there some challenges? sure, but compared to how it was when I first moved in 2 years ago and what I've heard from people at other apartments buildings? I've had very little issues. The maintenance has been good, many features are reaching the end of their lifespan but I've had maintenance come by the next day to fix it. I've had no issues with moisture on the windows, no leaks, no bugs or mice (there was evidence of previous water damage but it has since been addressed/fixed). I do live on the upper floors on a sunny side so there is some bias in my experience. The hvac system sucks to control but it is very quick to cool down or heat up a room. Packages are still a bit of a mess, same with office hours, but it is better than it was--> they are trying to make changes with the amazon locker. They have some community events occasionally with food or gifts. Hot water is great, it's very touchy between hot and cold but I never had to wait long for hot water and it never runs out. Also its not a full bathroom really, there's no tub. I haven't had any issues with loud neighbors, it's been pretty quiet. It is very expensive, to make it a reasonable price you just have to keep waiting for one of their major deals. The water, trash, and wifi utilities is covered which is really nice since some places are expensive + no utilities covered. I also love it being furnished, I like not having to buy furnishing that I'd have to try and carry or fit in doorways. I haven't gone through a move out yet so I can not say if I will have issues with that yet. I cannot say what move-in would be like now under the new management since I moved in under the previous management which was god awful. Possible updates in the future

Do not rent from this company!!! Management is consistently mismanaged. Unauthorized vehicles are habitually allowed to park in the garage while damaging vehicles with no repercussions. Management habitually enters apartment premises unauthorized. Legal health requirements, such as filter changes go undone. Video surveillance is not provided for residents who were promised security. All the company cares about is consistently posting “renewal offers” to get people to resign leases asap without ever addressing any housing concerns that is their obligation. Update: All initial concerns were brought up to management prior of original post with nothing being addressed to date. The general manager is unresponsive to emails for over a month and provided false tax documents with no corrective action taken yet. Unauthorized vehicles still park in the garage daily.
