For one, this place is for sure not worth the price for these units. They are overpriced with far too many issues. They upcharge $350+ for amenities, make us share utility expenses and throw different miscellaneous expenses onto your rent. So if they’re advertising $2300, be prepared to pay about $600 above that. There’s always issues with something whether it’s the jacuzzi, 8th floor, or lobby area. If there are nats in the female sky lounge bathroom to the point where I notice them flying near my face, that’s an issue. Everything that people posted was true. And they deleted all of the bad reviews I seen it. And this is basically like a student apartment. People pay for roommates they let anybody come in here. They promote no smoking but there are still bad weed after smells on elevators and I don’t even have to say anything else after that. Management doesn’t even respond to communications or call. They pick and choose. Sign at your own risk!
