Just don't live in here. Electricity is up to 580 per months for 2b2b and my roommate who didn't even lived here for the past month. The management don't treat residents as serious as they should. If I could move out I would run immediately. Charges are ridiculously high and F−word crazy. Every normal living scratches will be charged at least SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS. I would NEVER EVER live this apartment ever again or ever live in any other apartments that also run by its management company!!!!!!!!!! Ten million HATES!!!!!!!!!! Besides, I use to have trouble with my roommate's AC temperature and looking for transfer to another unit. When I asked the lease manager, she said yes they have available unit but the price would be $360 higher for old residents to transfer compare to what they've posted online. I'm so F−word shocked and disappointed but still agreed with the offer, then she stopped responding and after two weeks of waiting she told me that available unit now has been given to other people. Then she raised my offer again with at least $100 per month and gave me a room that's FULL OF MOLD!!!!!!! I ended up so pissed off and crying crazily in front of my roommate (which at the end indeed solved our AC temperature problem but that was definitely not a good experience) 😡 Besides, for at least two times, the fire alarm sounded continuously for over forty minutes without any response or intervention from management. Given the cold temperature and heavy rain at winter night, leaving the apartment was not a feasible option. I was forced to remain in the bathroom with my pet mouse to mitigate the noise exposure. Following this incident, I developed tinnitus and have since experienced recurring symptoms until now. I'm seeing the doctor but it didn't actually help. My hearing is severely affected. This reflects a serious failure in building management and raises concerns regarding resident safety.
