Shower head sucks, shower ceiling leaking, mold everywhere, not cleaned prior before I moved in, microwave handle missing, sink barely works, the ceiling in my living room is basically gone, increases rent the longer you take to sign your lease, overall I would rather live in Stu west.
The only advantage is the walkable distance to campus. If you don't have a car, it's a tolerable location. However, the cons severely outweigh this: - Extremely overpriced for Muncie, with an absurd $100/month fee for parking. And the parking garage spaces are so limited and small, my car got scratched out by neighbors when I’m out of town. - Constant noise from the neighboring bar, with loud music pounding until 2 AM every night. - Paper-thin walls mean you can hear your neighbors' conversations and music clearly.
