Conrad is truly one of the main reasons I’ve enjoyed living here. He’s hardworking, kind, and genuinely cares about the community. He brings such positive energy to the place and is always responsive and attentive to the little things that make a big difference. You can really tell he puts his heart into what he does. Grateful to have had someone like him around during my stay!
