They STOLE MY MONEY!!! We checked out after the first night of a four night stay, because the deadbolt would not lock from the inside, and we didn't feel safe. There were several other issues as well. I had to leave a voicemail to check out, because they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!! I have since left several other messages, begging them to call me back, but they have ghosted me!!! And two months later, still no contact, or refund!!!!
Rooms are clean, large, comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Waited for 55 minutes for someone to answer phone and give us access codes to the villa. Lack of attention to detail: no spoons in the kitchen, one coffee cup, coffe creamers expired and curdled. Overall, worth the money, though.
