New management under Rushmore MGMT doesn't care about the tenants. Safety issues like the Fire Alarm panel in the Hallway has been beeping for 8 days now and management doesn't care that this system isn't working to warn you of a fire yet they include an additional charge that you have to pay in your rent. There is no email address anyone of a problem, Corporate number I demanded, there's no one to talk to, they just don't care and who knows when someone is in the office. Warning, STAY FAR AWAY ‼️ Previous office management were GREAT. THEY ALL RESIGNED. Now I know why. Safety violation code hopefully will be issued by City of Newark.
