I would give 0 stars if I could, but unfortunately, that's not an option. While I could complain about numerous issues, I'll focus on just one. Despite leaving the apartment impeccably clean, we were unjustly charged $324 for six stains on the carpet in one of the bedrooms (amounting to $54 per stain). Even if the carpet needed replacement, this charge is exorbitant. We told them it is extremely unjust, they didn't care. I'll be attaching photos of the stains and proof of the deposit deduction. If you're considering moving to this place, be prepared to kiss your full deposit goodbye, even if you leave the place in perfect condition. School Lane seems determined to squeeze every last cent from your deposit.
