Southgate Gardens Apartments

I’m giving the standard units at Southgate a solid rating for convenience and value. If you are a student or working nearby, you can’t beat the location—it's right across from the UD sports facilities and close to the train station and campus shuttles. The layout for the 1-bedroom (665 sq. ft.) and 2-bedroom (874 sq. ft.) are surprisingly spacious for the price. The Common Laundry area is SUPER convenient and are open open to all tenants 24/7. James is on point with his responses and Shannon is very helpful and goes above and beyond
