Renter beware! These places look very nice but are poorly managed. Only students who leave a five star review are allowed to go into the lounge. Things like heat and air conditioning do not get repaired in a timely manner. Sometimes they can go days or weeks before they get fixed. Take note of every tiny detail when you move in of damages. No matter how minor because you will get billed for them when you move out. Whether you did them or not. The furniture is used when you move in, so make sure to note every tiny scratch or you will be required to pay the full price for a new couch upon moveout. I definitely encourage anyone, considering these apartments to try and find somewhere else.
