how these rankings workupdated monthly

These badges come straight from verified reviews on Find My Place, left only by people who’ve actually lived here. Each month we score every place in the market, and the highest-rated earn a spot. Rankings shift as new reviews come in, and we never take payment to move a property up.

believe ALL of the negative reviews! DO NOT live here! they will gaslight you, ignore your repair/cleaning requests, and charge you for things that are not your responsibility. plus, no matter how well you clean, you will NOT be given your full deposit back. when i moved in, my apartment was disgustingly dirty. i spent hours cleaning. i took pictures and submitted them to management, but nothing was done. when i moved out, again, i spent hours cleaning, leaving it 100% ready for the next tenants, but they still deducted cleaning fees. i resubmitted my "move in" dirty photos and reminded them of the abysmal state the apartment was in (before moving in). they couldn't care less; making claims about the cleaning fees needing to be split amongst all tenants despite who cleaned and who didn't. they charged me a "bag removal" fee for items left behind... despite the items/bag not being mine. they charged me for uncleaned areas that were absolutely cleaned. they said they would look into my dispute (about the place being dirty prior to move in), they didn't. everything they said they would do, they haven't/didn't. if you decide to live here (YOU SHOULDN'T), don't clean before moving out. you'll most likely get the same portion of your deposit back whether you clean or not. BELIEVE ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! DO NOT LIVE AT COLLEGE PLACE!!
