It's a pretty good place to live and I enjoyed it, but there are a lot of little fees that they don't tell you about that add up pretty quick. I found that it's pretty hard to sell if you need to move out mid-contract. They also charged me for a carpet recoloring/cleaning fee and I'm fairly certain the cleaning never happened.

Wolverine crossing is a great place to live! The location is super convenient for students, and there’s always something going on socially. One of the best parts is the amenities. The pools, hot tubs, gym, basketball and volleyball courts make it feel a lot more fun than a typical apartment complex. It’s a great place to meet people because they do community events pretty regularly. The atmosphere is very student-focused. It’s a good place if you want to make friends, be close to campus, and have a more active college experience.
